"Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a stay after a relative was in Grandview icu. I had a severely broken foot at the time as well and was assuming they would be perfect for some relief. No breakfast or access to anything unless you are a platinum gold elite member of their hotel group."

They include: only 1 tissue in box in bathroom / no light bulb in light next to one bed / clock did not work / sink in bathroom would not drain / kept call service number with no one answering it / tried to talk with maid who seemingly did speak english / the way that one shower door was fixed, you had to lean in to tirn shower on and got blasted with cold water."

"Our room was smaller than any other Springhill Suites I have ever visited. It was across from the laundry room where there was constant noise. The noise from the interstate was also bad. There was only one tiny trash can in the room. I would not stay here again."

"The property was terribly dated. The mattress cover had some sort of blood stain on the corner. The floors were filthy. I had to clean the bathroom floor due to the stickiness. The washcloth was black from cleaning it. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor. I could not get out of there fast enough."
