We had a room booked and so did my in laws and we asked how we could have rooms next to each other on the ground floor. We were given instructions to call that morning so we did. Embassy Suites Hotel Birmingham
The room was clean but I was missing toilet paper in one. Not a good scenario when you have to do more then just urinate. The other room was missing tissues. When I called the front desk it took about 4 minutes to answer
