"Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. "

"Room was newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pricey but good in the hotel. One thing to take note, the hotel allows non-guests to purchase a day pass to use their facilities. The pool was very crowded over the holiday weekend with a majority of the pool facilities being used by non-hotel guests as indicated by their red wrist bands. Would return on future stays."

"The apartment was clean and located in a nice area, which we appreciated. However, we had a few issues during our stay. The patio/balcony door would not lock properly unless it was completely forced shut, and I wasn’t able to lock it myself once it was opened. The toilet also wasn’t flushing when we arrived. "The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...

"The pictures on expedia do not match the rooms when the odor in the room was terrible and when spoke to front desk they said they had no new rooms available. I'm guessing they are in the process of renovations and some rooms are newly renovated. They do not explain this anywhere."

"There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back."
