"Really special place. As a higher star hotel it is a bit more expensive, but I was blown away by the staff, the food, and the place. The rooms are big, the staff are super helpful and chill, and I even accidentally got a free foot massage - although I meant to ask for a tub to soak my feet in. There's also a lot of really great breakfast options and dinner options that are both heavy/light, lots of good cocktails, and it's pretty close to my office and the airport meaning most ubers/taxis are...

"The customer service efforts to get me the upgraded room I was on a request list for was great. The check in person sensed my dissatisfaction and relayed that to the manager who in turn called me and was able to transfer me to a luxury suite when available and helped with our luggage as well. Beautiful room and the valet was courteous and efficient. "
