"The staff in the restaurant and pool weren’t very proactive. The service was good but very slow and it felt like there was only 1 staff member at breakfast and dinner who knew what to do whilst they others were very nervous and timid and unable to act proactively.
The room was lovely and everything I hope for buy taps and toilet flush had seen better days - this was in the main house."

"The service of the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant & morning buffet was tasty, varied, appealing in appearance & taste. However, the Hilton Garden Inn we wanted to stay in was the one at Terminal 2 at physically at yhe airport. This hotel was 15 min. away from the airport & required a paid shuttle for the 5 of us, to get to/from the airport.
