"The hotel is an old building (probably early 1900's?) that has been re-tooled to work with today's more modern needs. Having said that, I don't think it hit its intended goal. Expedia notes this as a 3.5 stars - I believe that represents the hotel amenity level. In reality, it is a 2 star hotel at best. "The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel"

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"I was given the wrong room, the pictures advertising a lobby that doesn't exist. The area is suspicious, I'm surprised my car wasn't broken into. I think I got bit by bed bugs. Wifi was terrible. Everything listed as "included" was actually an extra fee."
