"This met the need of a stay overnight in Copenhagen but the rooms were basic. Bed, tv, bathroom. No AC which probably isn't a big deal most of the time in Copenhagen but it was hot and stuffy in our room. Bathroom did not look the same as the photos as the toliet and shower are all the same room with a curtain seperating the two. Breakfast was decent and check out was easy. It met our needs but didn't wow us. Close to the train station to get to the airport."

"Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... "Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, they upgraded our room to a higher floor to compensate for the lack of AC at no cost. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the "happy hour" from 17 to 18 is a nice touch. The breakfast is fabulous."
