"The rooms a/c was nearly non functional. The room was so warm when we walked in it took your breath away. It took hours to cool it off enough to sleep naked with no covers. The digital key did not work for the elevator (which were such an eyesore with peeling paint open electrical panels etc) we had to go to the desk and make physical cards to get upstairs. The entire property is just dumpy and for them to be able to charge a $90 “resort fee” per night on top of the room charge is ridiculous....

My experience at the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas was extremely disappointing.
The staff was terrible—unprofessional, mentally incompetent, and completely unable to provide basic customer service. The bathtub in my room would not drain properly, causing water to pool every time it was used. This should have been addressed long before guests were assigned to the room.
The worst part of my stay was that nobody informed me that the luggage storage area closed at 7:00 PM....

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Overall, my stay in Vegas was amazing! From check-in to the pool and nightclub area, everything exceeded my expectations. I booked a canopy at the pool, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the city view was just okay. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here. I would absolutely stay here again!"
