"Best Zoo ever"

"Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent"

The only downside to our experience was the checkout experience was thane front staff kept asking if we ate breakfast when we did not. She asked 4-5 times and I was getting quite annoyed as she could have called the breakfast staff to check since she didn’t trust my response to her question. "A modern and clean property in the heart of Canberra which includes a kitchen with a microwave. I loved the pre-arrival phone call with instructions, the friendly staff and the easy check-out process. Located walking distance from the Canberra Centre and the main food street in Canberra. Very impressed!"

"The hotel grounds, lobby and restaurant were beautiful. Historic looking and cosy. Our room was nice on first look. In second look, there was a note on the bench saying the soda water had exploded in the fridge (not sure who left that). The soda water was still there and continued to crack and explode throughout the stay. There was a dead cockroach on the fridge handle which was never removed. (I didn't ask, I wanted to see what would happen). The bathroom door didn't open or close properly...
