"The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. "Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. "Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...
