"The location is within walking distance of the town centre and is close to the promenade. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We didn’t see any staff because this hotel is a let yourself in place, we were given a number to use for the front entrance and a separate one for our room, plus a telephone number for if we struggled. We were pleasantly surprised for the amount we paid, perfectly adequate for a budget room for a night away."

"the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice. Then at 10:30pm at night we had the man that worked there knock on our door begging us to take the check in review down which i thought was unprofessional and it made me a bit scared after that. we could hear the...
