Very comfortable if not a palace and was very clean. Peter was a great, funny and fantastic help. Would recommend the family room to anyone with kids to separate rooms in one.

Good value as right next door to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, especially with the parking included. Typical beach guest house decor vibes. The guy checking us in was very helpful and friendly. Save the money on the breakfast, as not the best selection, and head up the road 5 mins to the Wetherspoons instead.

Room was lovely, had everything we needed and was a great size. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Parking on site was also a bonus. Great location for access to transport and Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Had a great experience over my stay there was a problem with my door not locking they were quick to help and changed my room which was really appreciated

Rather unclean needs to up date pictures of the rooms stains on bedding windows didn’t close stains on light shades miss matched curtains mold in shower cleaner took our snacks we spent £20+ on we where in the family room top floor stairs very step and narrow hotel bar was closed on the Sunday rather disappointing for the money we spent

Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant for us as we attended a concert at Lytham so the train station was less than a minutes walk. The hotel is looking a little tired and rundown, however, it was clean and everything worked. Thanks also for the complimentary breakfast.

Avoid and be very careful! The hotel is in a very bad shape, it is well below any star rating. Lesson was to spend some more quids and stay at a better place. Water ran out without any notification in the morning, while waiting for water the cleaning lady threatened me to leave asap. Wifi not working, spooky corridors with filthy carpets. Very poorly trained and unprofessional staff who could even enter your room with their keys without knocking. The only positive point was location, close to the water front.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn't great. There was 5 of us during our stay, and 3 of us got bitten by bugs. Also, the toilet did not flush properly. I kind of expected it to be low quality because of the price, but I was still left a bit disappointed.

Great location , stayed here before many of times, this time big disappointment.. no running hot water in shower & had to change rooms due to bed bugs / crawlers. Spoke to reception 2am in morning, moved rooms to a better room , better decor & bigger tv & much cleaner but no running hot water . Don’t think the manager checked my request for the shower asked twice & still same . Really disappointed this time round .

It is a good hotel. Definitely a budget friendly hotel. Albeit wasn’t very budget friendly for me personally and so set my expectations quite high to which it didn’t live up to. I paid £71 for the night including breakfast. In terms of value for money would I stay again? For £71 for the night off peak season probably not. I’d say it’s more so worth up to £60 and that’s in peak season perhaps and that’s ultimately the only thing that let me down.
