Clean and tidy room. Functional for a two night stay. Nothing fancy or extra, room was basic, but for a price was great for us. Beds were comfortable- had a decent sleep. The gentlemen on reception during the day was extremely friendly and polite. Says there is free WiFi- couldn’t find the network. *not sure if I missed it or not when booking, but a £50 deposit is require went checking in. However they only Accept cash for this. So make sure you have some with you** Overall a good stay

The hotel is not called Las Palmas, the name on the front is Palm Beach, which is very confusing. The parking (that you pay £10 for) is a bit of a joke as there is only about 5 spaces for at least 36 rooms and I had to park on the grass. They did say there was other parking near by if there is no space. Our room was very warm with no fan/air conditioning and the window did not stay open. There was also a blind missing so was very bright in the morning. Our shower had one temperature...scolding hot so we could not use it and the toilet seat was broken. We did tell the receptionist but was told he would report it but was not maintenance so it would unlikely be fixed for when we left the next day. We were given the tv remove on arrival but didn't look at it as we dumped our bags and went out. We were given no information on the facilities or surrounding area. When we came in at 10.30pm, we asked if we had wifi as hadn't managed to find it and the receptionist said it was on the back of the remote but we could not find the network that night or the next morning. When we arrived there was a group of young men who were obviously drunk and we could hear them shouting at each other, which was quite scary as I was with my daughter. I suppose you get what you pay for but will not be staying again.
