I stayed here with a couple of friends, just for one night. The staff were very accommodating. LOCATION One minute from Houndshill shopping centre and so very convenient for the seafront! ROOM No frills but can’t argue for the price. The beds were comfortable enough. FACILITIES The shower was fine, though the whole room itself needed a thorough clean. FINAL COMMENTS I developed several red marks that looked like bed bug bites as well as an eye infection straight after my stay. A refund was given.

My room was clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice everyday. Will definitely Be going back!

Very welcoming staff, immediately from the off. Breakfast staff were lovely and nothing was too much to ask for. The only thing, but I think it's the air, is that there was a funny smell in the bathroom. Almost like a drainage issue. However, we weren't in the hotel for very long. Staff told us some awesome places to try out and we had a great couple of nights there!

Janette is lovely and will do anything to improve your stay. The breakfast is like a family meal with most guests being regulars.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 23rd-25th of may 2026 the reception staff are lovely. An issue with one of the nighttime staff but the daytime staff were straight on it and are working to get it solved but the hotel I can’t fault at all got everything we needed. Breakfast every morning and barebones it was for £2 for both nights so at £1 for breakfast I think is a massive bargain. Lorraine, Nathan, Louise are absolutely lovely staff. Very friendly and very helpful. The location is spot on close to everything. We will be returning at some point hopefully again this year.

Central b&b

Nice guest house, next to Blackpool’s Winter Gardens, close to town centre. Nice friendly bed & breakfast. Happy hour in the bar and evening entettianment on a weekend.
