Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I mean for the price you’re getting everything you’d need. Staff were sound. £50 deposit was a bit mad but if you’re clean and respectful it’s not a worry. Great place to stay on a football away day too, perfect location to pubs and stadium. Bluebirds
Stopped one night, very friendly staff our room was very clean and tidy facilities Bar table where Not expensive, very enjoyable stop we can’t wait to go back
Very lovely place very nice staff lovely room great for kids and adults just would love it if they continued to take dogs but understand why they don't want dogs anymore because some people are stupid and leave there dogs in room all day and wonder why the dog has made a mess absolutely brilliant holiday thanks
When we 1st booked in, there was a name missing of the frontage sign, the room was horrendous, really dusty and the carpet was very dirty.
There was no hot water, couldn't use the shower, furniture was old and delapitated.
As for food you were charged extra for absolute rubbish.
The man behind the reception was very unhelpful,we had to pay a deposit of £50 for damages, that was a joke!
£30 for a carpark space, full of potholes and puddles.
I would never recommend this place to anyone!
Disgusting person on reception polish very dirty clothes eating pizza walked away when I try to discuss issues about deposit I refused to stay at this filthy dirty mans hotel I'm discussed at Expedia allowing the public to be treated like this he had fat belly and shirt missing button belly sticking out eating pizza awful I drove all the way home sick in my stomach disgusting service
Upon arrival a deposit had to be paid in Cash which was not noted anywhere the hotel is old and grubby, they had disco and karaoke which in my room was as loud as if I was present down stairs video taken,
Upon arrival staff our extremely rude the hotel did not offer any of them amenities mentioned on this website hotel was disgusting I don’t know why anybody would pay to stay there we left and did not stay at this place and I drove home
Clean sheets and an acceptable shower are the only real good points. Had to pay extra for parking, a £50 damage waiver (In cash), the view from the window was of a wall and a flat roof, covered in rubbish and dirty daipers. When it rained, the ceiling of the bar leaked badly, which was quite spectacular as the building is at least 3 storeys high! The sink was too small to fill the kettle and the door was off the hinges, causing difficulty in opening and closing the door, which may have been dangerous.
On the day of leaving, there was sewage coming back through the drains. The smell was horrendous and it was impossible to stay in the room... Shall I mention the squeeling kids and scumbag couples that argued all night and kept us awake?! And it's THREE QUID for a cup of instant coffee!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Floors not flat and holes covered with carpets. Steep stairs and no assistance with cases. Taking 50£ cash deposits for any damage caused.
We had to pay 50.00 a cash deposit for this, also went down for breakfast inly to be told they werent doung breakfast, which was part of the deal and ine of the reasons we booked the place, also a sea view which was looking in to a lane, so we checked out, the room also stunk of cigarette smoke so that was not good.
