The hosts was amazing ,breakfast was beautiful and the room did the job. We stayed for 2 nights from 17th oct to 19th. 2 adults 2 kids. Would highly recommend 👌 thanks for a great stay 👍

Much needed break

Clean, conveniently situated hotel. The owners were very friendly and helful. A Complimentary, Lovely and fresh, home cooked breakfast was a bonus .

Had a lovely weekend away at the Tudor house. Ann and Dave were excellent hosts . When we arrived we had no where to park Dave told us there was parking opposite the hotel for £20 for the two nights. The hotel room was small but adequate and we knew it was going to be small before we went. The rooms had coffee and tea facilities and en suite . Lovely stay will return. Breakfast was lovely to.

Hotels Dot Com made a mess of our booking but this was all sorted by Dave and Anne. Absolutely brilliant BnB. Dave and his wife Anne are perfect hosts, can't do enough for you. From a great chat to plenty of cups of tea and of course Daves lovely breakfasts, everything is just as you would want. Room was on the small side but the bed was very comfy which is the main thing. Would definitely return

Dave and Ann were amazing hosts, nothing was an inconvenience to them. They accommodated not only the adults but the children too. Taking the time play pool and talk to them. Can not thank them enough.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sauberes Zimmer mit bequeme Betten. In der Nähe ist eine Tram mit der man gut nach Pleasure Beach oder Blackpool-Tower erreicht. Man bekommt ein englisches Frühstück (Eier, Würste, Bohnen und Toast) Abends waren wir an der Bar und haben uns mit andere Gäste unterhalten während die Kids Billard spielten. Sehr schön für 2 bis 3 Nächte.

My daughter and i came last week for 2 nights, lovely little B&B. Dave was awsome and couldnt do anymore for us! Nicest breakfast ive had in years too! Room was lovely and clean, nice comfy bed!! Tudor house is about 20 minute walk from Coral Island and 15 min walk to the pleasure beach so pretty central to everything! I will definitely be reurning! Thankyou for your hospitality!

Before we arrived at the property Dave called to offer us parking options. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. On arriving at the guest house, Dave was outside the property waiting to greet us. This again was very very thoughtful and kind. He assisted us with our luggage. This is a budget hotel and we booked two days before so we were happy to get somewhere that was close to the attractions in Blackpool and to the beach. Dave was friendly, chatty and made himself available to assist us. With this said, we were told children weren’t allowed the WiFi password. And for breakfast, they weren’t allowed sausage or bacon. We found this a bit off putting. My 6 year old being autistic, these two things were hard to explain to him, he just didn’t understand. So, I gave him my bacon and sausage from my own plate. The room was clean and the bedding was clean and I loved the colour of the duvet. We slept well. The bathroom is very small in the family en-suite so moving around is not very good. One thing I would suggest, is to have a bath mat in front the shower. We used one of the towels to do this and this left us with a towel short for one of our children. But we made it work without any fuss.

Mycket trevligt värdpar. Det lyfter hela upplevelsen. Mycket hjälpsamma och roliga. Men annars så är det som man kan förvänta sig av ett Engleskt äldre B&B i en smått sorlig stad.

Great clean B&B hotel

Great B&B hotel very clean and close to where we wanted to be up the side of the lyndene hotel , the owner was very friendly and offered to look for a parking space for be even though none was free , will definitely stay again.
