Most plugs in room not working. No remote for TV. If the plugs were working it was only for a certain amount of time. We had 2 rooms, in 1 room shower had very little water pressure and in the other it wasnt working at all. Window in 1 room was broken so could not be closed. No heating in 1 room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets werent the best. No locks on bathroom doors

Pas cher mais ca ne vaut pas cher!

Point positif, proximité avec la ville et la plage. A part ca, chambre avec un chauffage déficient, surtout qu'on le fermait la nuit et entre 10h00 et 15h00. Eau de la douche tiède, au mieux(pourtant système Triton?). Ma serviette n'a pas été changée durant mon séjour de 7 nuits (d'ailleurs aucun ménage de fait).

Good for short breaks

The guy who ran the place was very helpful nothing was to much trouble, helped us with directions and an issue we had. Reasonably priced for what you get, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property was a nice bonus.

The owner is lovely, very welcoming. But unfortunately the property isn't up to standard, we had to change rooms on a couple of occasions. It was very noisy from other people staying there too. Bed was really uncomfortable, but owner did provide extra bedding to make it more comfortable.

An absolute Gem !!!

Absolutely amazing stay i had, at this hotel. I really enjoyed it. The owner was a very polite charming man who was extremely helpful to me. There's a lift in the hotel if you struggle with the stairs. My room was awesome, just what i needed. There was no issues what so ever. The hotel is located about 10 min walk to Blackpool South Rail Station, 5 min walk to the bus stop(Bus 11 Blackpool to Lytham/Bus 68 Blackpool to Preston). Attractions are with in easy reach too. I do apologies on my delayed response in sending my review, i thought i already did it 😂😉 but yes i made it back to Coventry ok after a good trip i had here in Blackpool so yes ill definitely come back !!! 🙂

This property is in a convenient location, but is in need of a major update and deep cleaning. Carpets leading to our room and on the stairs are dirty and needs major clean or even renewing. The room itself was quite poor in cleanliness and aesthetically. Floorboards move when walking towards shower room, needs a headboard so you can’t see the marks by the bed from people’s head, only one working electric socket in room - the second one by the table not working and comes away from the wall. The shower room and toilet was rusty and uninviting, the tiles had spongy things and grouting all over them. The good thing about this hotel was convenience to Blackpool itself and also it came with parking. Sorry but won’t be back until it’s been renovated and cleaned.

Although clean at first glance, the fixtures and fittings were very tired and in some cases broken. The shower enclosure was filthy with mould at the bottom of the door and our sinks waste pipe wasn’t connected so when I poured a drink down there it poured out the bottom onto my shoes and the floor. I didn’t report this at the time as bar taking our money on arrival I didn’t see a member of staff throughout our entire stay. Whilst some noise is to be expected in a multi occupancy guest house, the walls were very thin to the extent we could hear phone notifications and alarm clocks from the next room. It was a very very cheap price considering it was peak season Bank holiday but clearly there’s a reason for such a low price.
