It was really bad in our room which was tiny and airless with a window facing a brick will. Felt ill with the smell. Chose the hotel for the spa facilities but left without checking it out due to the overall cleanliness and stench."

"Rooms were very dated and cleanliness was not at a reasonable standard at all, bed linen was dirty, dust on every surface, walls mouldy and cracked and full of dust. Carpets were dirty with stains and covered in dog hair. Windowsills had dead bugs and dirt on them and beds were very uncomfortable (two single beds pushed together is not a double bed which is what we booked for both rooms) overall it was not a hotel we will be returning to."
