"All good - the room was clean and nice, the breakfast was good and somewhat varied, the staff was excellent and helpful. A fair amount of construction in the area during our stay, but didn’t impact our ability to get in or out much, so no worries. Pleasant shuttle service."

"The elevator was slow and there was some things in the hotel that need to be repaired and made nice again, but overall the room was clean and close to the airport. They had games available so it’s family friendly in that way. The ac stayed cold which is always good. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again."

"The room was overall great, but the parking was a problem. The event we were at ran long, and when we returned, there was a truck with a boat taking up about 5-6 parking spots. This area is very small tight and parking is a premium, so parking large boats should be prohibited."

"I always enjoy staying at hotel Millwork- centrally located, unique transformation of an old woolen mill into a modern hotel. This stay was overall good. 4/5 only because they’re one option for breakfast, which is their restaurant, was not operational the morning I left because apparently the waitress didn’t show up. There were very few other options in the Amana‘s for breakfast and the staff really had no solution to the problem. Otherwise, a good stay."

"Rooms are nice bedding was out dated and a little musty smelling. But for the price it worked very well !!"

"The room was not that clean, floors were sticky. Staff was excellent. Overall the stay was ok but nothing to rave about."

"Our room was clean and the accessories were fine. The only negative I found was the trash receptical at the outdoor gazebo was overflowing,. Other than that parking was adequate and the facility as very nice."

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay! Nice clean rooms, love the mirror outside the bathroom- less steaming up- plus awesome light!! Comfortable beds and appreciate the extra pillows! Thank you!! Staff was Very friendly and helpful -we look forward to our next stay in Williamsburg, Iowa!! 👍👍😍"

"We love Die Heimat. It’s close to everything Amana and is just a short drive to Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Karin provided excellent care for us and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt at home at the Inn. The area is peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend stay here 😊"

"Carpet was wet and made the room smell musty. The one chair in the room made an obnoxiously loud squeaking noise every time you leaned back. Not enough towels or toilet paper - had to ask for more on day 2 of our stay. Will not be staying at this hotel again."

"The mattress was comfortable and the room clean. The staff were terrible, difficult to locate at both check in and check out. All entrance doors did not work. Breakfast was barely anything--muffins, coffee, and juice. No fruit, or eggs."
