"Country Inn and Suites was an amazing place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to help me navigate through getting my passport expedited and getting to pier 91 for a cruise. The hotel is close to the airport and their shuttle service was also so helpful! The atmosphere at the hotel is alive and exciting with many guests arriving for cruises. And the amazing breakfasts were just icing on the cake of a great hotel experience"

"I checked in at 930pm and there was no rooms available. I waited until 130am for a room and it wasn't just me. There were about 8 other families that were waiting as well. I will never stay at this property again."

"Nice rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast made our day. Shuttle pick up and drop off was excellent, although no one picked up our call when we rang for the shuttle. Luckily we saw and waved the right shuttle bus down."

"The property looks great but so many issues. Check-in didn't acknowledge my reservation. In the room, no soap or shampoo, no hangers, not enough towels for two. Moved rooms because of road noise and the second room again without enough towels, also lacking flatware for two. Apparently the hotel laundry ran out of soap, which was the cause of the towel shortages. "

"Overall, the hotel was good and clean. The breakfast was very convenient, healthy, and included in the room price, which was a nice bonus. I enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend this hotel."
