"Great staff."

"The place was extremely dirty. Went to the store and bought bed sheets. Ran into someone that had stayed two years ago and they commented this hotel is not the same as the place I stayed in the past. I was surprised that it was so poorly kept since my experience with this brand had been good in the past."

"Clean rooms, most of staff was friendly, good breakfast. My only complaint was the pool said it was open 10-10 but was closed when we went down at 8."

"The hotel was ok for an overnight trip. Lots of fast food options nearby. Hotel is pretty outdated with clearly older furniture but it was pretty clean. Staff was very accommodating from check in to check out. Breakfast was decent. Didn't use the gym but it was clean."

"I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. "This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts.
