"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. "This is a very fine hotel. Spacious, clean room. As it is a combination of 5 Victorian row houses it can be tricky getting from rooms to bar/restaurant. The positive is the common areas are gorgeous."

"Lady on reception, maybe if it were her first day it would of still been bad . Charged our credit card for a prepaid booking. Over the threedays could not authorise a refund. On leaving I had to ask for manager email as none had been available for 3 days. A hotel with seemingly no manager. They have not replied or refunded me 5 days after booking in. The hotel itself is nice if it were self check in and out !"

"Pleasant welcoming and friendly. A clean well maintained property in a great location"

"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"Stayed 2 nights for concert at the Ovo hydro. Room very modern and bed adjustable and very comfortable. Shower modern and also rainshower .Friendly staff and helpful. Central to everything Restaurants, pubs and transport. Enjoyed stay would book again"

"Hotel yg nyaman dan dekat dengan pusat kota dan keramaian, dekat juga dengan stasiun kereta. Overall memuaskan."

"Nice clean modern hotel, really comfy bed and close to the centre"

"Great location. Great amenities. Rooms were large. Staff were very friendly."

"Great location, close to train station and city centre. Really nice and clean hotel"

"Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."

"Nice, central, and clean. Staff were good to deal with."

"Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again."

"Excellent room and service, staff were very friendly and helpful."
