My room was nice, but as a Pregnant lady, I was surprised that there was no step-free lift access which made it difficult to carry my bags to my room. I also received a "wake up call" in the middle of the night, which was for a different room. When I complained about this, the team apologised but generally laughed it off, which frustrated me. The breakfast was fairly nice, though basic. In general I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately.

It's right in the centre of the city so very easy to walk everyone especially to the station. I had flagged that the table strip was coming apart slightly so hopefully they will have fixed that in the room. Otherwise the hotel was very nice with the amenities and how modern it was. I would recommend others to stay there. Breakfast was lovely with choice of hot and cold food overlooking the street below, and the staff were great.

The noise from the bar operations lasted from 9pm To 0230 with nearly constant emptying of bottles into large bins which are directly outside the hotel. The noise was unbearable. The walls and doors are thin and you can hear everything. The bar appears to run a 24hr operation with the The gas cylinder delivery started at 0530 and cleaning crews operating during the night. Avoid the hotel if you plan on sleeping. Staff unhelpful.

Good central location easy to find. Staff 1st class nothing was a problem. Room was pleasant for being a basic twin. Beds were very comfortable Only thing I would have liked is a coffee machine . The shower towels need to be kept in the wardrobe or bedroom area for hygiene purposes, that’s the only fault I could find All in all very good value for money

The hotel rooms are not accessible as there is no direct access to lift and the hotel rooms without using the many steps. Please do not use this hotel if unable to use the stairs or carry heavy bags. The shower door wasn't long enough so the shower leaked all over the floor of the bathroom. The bedroom faced Renfield Street and was very noisy until 2am. It was Saturday night and people were partying on the street and there were cars racing around with noisy exhaust pipes. I understand it is outside the control of the hotel but I think triple glazing might help.

The hotel is in a great location easy walking distance from both main train stations. Loads of good places to eat. Beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed. Staff were really helpful. Only small downside was breakfast. Buffet breakfast was limited and plates were stone cold so food got cold quickly. Coffee at breakfast was terrible from the machine. Best to have the instant coffee.

I did not have breakfast. Room only. There was a glitch with the Q-Park app’ where the app’ froze after every time I tried paying for the Q-Park Sauchiehall Street. Therefore I parked at the NCP car park close by.

The staff was super helpful with every question, rooms were beautiful, food in restaurants delicious. Super convenient for walking to all the shops. Sauna was spectacular! Loved our stay!

We booked a wellness room but wouldn’t next time as they allow 5 in the room but there is only seating for 3 unless you all agree to keep swapping out of the sauna. We left after 10 minutes as there were 5 of us in there. When we first checked in the room smelt of sewage but the staff were fantastic and sorted it by the time we got back from being out. Hotel is a great central location and service was very good.
