"It was a decent stay but it is more of a budget hotel than a nice hotel. Local amenities are good, its in the heart of the city which is good. The room itself was not great though."
"The room was sizeable and clean with all of the amenities that I needed for my stay. Staff knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness was greatly appreciated, the food was amazing on the 2 nights we ate there, congratulations to the chefs. Buffet breakfast was awesome.
I would just paint the carpark lines in something other than faded red. Otherwise highly recommend."
"I was disappointed in the WiFi; it was terrible. The ice was not available to keep our drinks cold. The Breakfast was the same every day, not very appetizing, and lacked fresh fruit, such as berries. Rooms were clean, not enough hangers and no top sheets on the beds, asked for extra pillows."
"It is a handy place to stay! We traveled from the USA and visited Glasgow. Free parking was a major plus! Good breakfast, worth the money. Not as nice as the pieces looked but a fine place overall."
"We didn’t know the area super well and ended up in Larbert when we wanted to be in Falkirk, however, it has easy access to the train and we were able to get around very easily. Denise was an absolute gem and so hospitable. She even helped us chat out our plans and narrow down options and how to get where we were going. Room was great!"
