I was on crutches, the able bodied couple in front of us managed to get a ground floor room but I had to climb up two flights of stairs to reach our room. It was not clear when booking there wasn’t a lift. I struggled up to our room but the heat upstairs was stifling. A fan was provided but the window closed so it was just blowing hot air around. It wasn’t even that hot outside, maybe 20-22C but must have been...

Firstly its impossible to get any email/facebook response, they just ignore you On arrival there was a massive line for check in so it took about 40 mins waiting in a hot reception area. Requested a high floor, didnt get one. Room was like a sauna with no air con and no fan. No toilet roll in the room, not even 1. Shower curtain was just stored on the floor Then on the last day we walked up to our room for our key card to not work so had to walk all the way back to...
