"Very good staff and secured place"

"Room was large, clean and quiet. However, door was not sealed properly so there was an ongoing high pitched whistle. Had to jam a towel in the door to mute the noise. "

"Upon arrival we tried to warm the room but were never successful even following the instructions ....room was chilly.....radiator not working? Attempted to get ice.....several attempts to call reception with no answer....went downstairs finally to get ice and ice was put into a beer stein. Toilet flushing metal panel at back of toilet was loose on wall so toilet kept running.....you had to push in all different directions to try to stop the toilet from flushing continually. Safe would not open after password picked....reception notified. We arrived on Monday......went into Amsterdam Tuesday am......returned from another day in Amsterdam and our room had not been attended to ie bed not made, no fresh towels etc....looked the same way we had left it! Shuttle system was great. Appreciated free drink voucher"

"The staff was great answered all my questions! The breakfast was great super yummy and loads of options to choose from! However the beds were tiny hard one was squishy too. Was a little dirty and the construction was super loud during the middle of the night. Close to the airport 20 minutes was a quick uber ride or you can take the train"
