"If you book a Pod you have a 2 single mattress bed, 5 foot up, near the ceiling up a ladder. There is barely any space for 1 person to stand. There is nowhere to sit and I would not stay in a Pod again. There was no kettle in the room and none was available. The communal showers and toilets were clean as was the whole hotel. "

"I enjoyed my stay but I think it's more of a 3 star than 4 star hotel. I booked a king bed and found the room very narrow with the bed wedged up to the window and only accessible from one side - ok if youre a solo traveller but it's inconvenient as a couple. Generally the place felt clean- apart from the noodles someone had tipped down a sink in the ladies toilets. Breakfast was just ok - for expedia/hotel to say its popular with solo travellers & then for the hotel to only offer a breakfast...

"The views from my room were beautiful. The bath was a wonderful treat. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the short walk to the beach and the trams. I hope to comeback very soon. "

"Parkeren was een ding met rolstoel. Ik kon een paar treden lopen, maar dat kan niet iedereen! Douche net zo, een flinke opstap om de douche in te stappen. Wel werd er meteen een douche stoel geboden ook! En ook personeel vind toegankelijkheid parkeren tekort komen"

"Unfortunately we checked out early due to damp and mold in two of our rooms (room 111 and 214). I would avoid at all costs. Positives: 5min from Rotterdam station. Some people might find it a quirky hotel and appealing because of this. But I totally disliked it. Negatives: 1. No lift so you have to carry cases up many akward steps. 2. Mold and damp in rooms. 3. No ventilation as windows didn’t open. 4 Breakfast only had a continental option. 5. Unhelpful staff. 6. When the room upstairs...

"Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk. Checkout was actually terrible. We left early, about 6am. The girl behind the desk had headphones on and didn't remove them until we were right at the desk (she did see us coming). I had to tell her the room number three times in the space of 5...

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Für einen Tagessatz von 15 € steht ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung. Obwohl wir die meiste Zeit alleine im Restaurant waren, wurde alles schön hergerichtet und sauber gehalten. Zudem Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es gab alles, was wir benötigten. Ein Föhn war nicht vorhanden. In den Zimmern war kein Teppichboden, was uns gefreut hat. "
