The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. "This location is not close to anything. The early check in starts at 1:00 but nothing available. We did finally get checked in a little before 3:00. We explored the outside of the ship, where there is a small park which was very dirty with litter/trash and not well kept. Walking along the pier there was cigarette butts everywhere and some trash. Inside the ship hotel it was very warm.....no air flowing in the lobby. Our room was on the "A" deck at the very back of the ship....a long ways. ...

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"The rooms were well equipped, clean and well presented. The air-conditioning worked well. There was a bit of a funny smell in the room which I think comes from the fact you can't open the windows so no fresh air can get in. Breakfast was fantastic and the kids loved it. It was a good hotel and we'd stay there again."
