"The property was beautiful. We had a separate apartment a few doors down and 3 floors up. There is no elevator and the stairwell is not lit. The hostess who showed us to our room did not explain the heating system, shower, heated (but not) towel rack. The living area was a hodge-podge of furniture and colors. An area rug would have added a lot 0f warmth and tied it together. It was not a good value for the money. "

"This was one of the best experiences we've had so far, absolutely stunning hotel from top to bottom. The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100%...

"A magnificent stay from start to end. Just fantastic, friendly staff, serviceminded, great rooms, pool and spa. We will be back! If we are to point out areas of improvement, dinner at the hotel was not that great (we had duck which was not that well done), and the bar area feels a bit naked (acoustic & naked walls). "I am so happy I found this place and lucky that they had a room for us. Situated a stone's throw from form the Castillo di Vezio (which is the best 5 Euros you will spend) this place was an authentic Italian village charm. The owner was kind enough to arrange a ride for us since it was pouring rain and the hike up the hill via the cobble stone road was not something you will (or can do) with luggage.
