Location was good. I never saw any staff so can't comment on that, kitchen facilities seemed good and communal areas were nice room was pretty basic but clean. Shared coed toilets and showers were pretty unpleasant, broken toilet seats etc. I've given a pretty low rating because i did not feel safe ...

Carnmore Chateau Marlborough
Parking was great. Staff were welcoming and rang us when the room was ready as we arrived early. Restaurant was great. Kitchenette didn't have anything in it apart from 1 spoon and 2 cups and 2 glasses. So although there wasn't useful. Bed was great, but rooms weren't really sound proof.

We were disappointed in this room. If you get an unrenovated room, it looks nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the shower grout and the housekeepers rag was hanging on our shower curtain rod when we got the room. These rooms really need to be renovated for the prices you pay!
