"The hotel was lovely, staff was friendly. The walls are thin, the AC is loud, the road and parking lot are loud(we were in the top floor). The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was lacking of anything warm, except for the pretty awful coffee."

I had a small glitch with my reservation (made through a 3rd party), and when I called the front desk, Amber was super kind and attentive. She relayed my issue to the manager, Nicole, and she called me back within a few minutes. They helped me right away, and made things perfect. I can't say enough about how kind the staff was/is--even the housekeeper was fabulous. Highly recommend!"

"It smelled of cigarettes in the hallway and vestibule. The sink in our room did not drain well. The continental breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was out of order. To eat was only cereal and toast. The breakfast room did not look very nice."
