"The customer service was great. The room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes. The bath tub and floors could have been cleaner. It was also very loud. "

"Overall good for the price point. Room was nice and seemed recently updated, but lacked a little attention to detail, such as very slanted desk and other minor things. Only real issue we had was I had to fiddle with the AC for a bit before it would cool the room properly (temperature dial seems broken). Nice big fridge in the better king room we got and broiler microwave was nice."
