"There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!"

"The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant."

If you attempted to change the channel, go into netflix, turn volume up or turn tv off it would either not work at all or would take up to 1 minute to work and then it would jump around. "I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

"This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. "The breakfast was delicious, excellent sausage cheese potato casserole. However the coffee wasn't good. Folgers is a very low rated coffee, so this was a big disappointment for my wife and I. Also, the check-in person was a bit difficult to understand, didn't make it very clear that our room was in a separate building"

"We stayed here on our way to Cooperstown. The hotel looks older with dark wood and emerald green carpet in the rooms. The staff was wonderful at the front desk at check in. It is located right off a street with restaurants and shopping. The hotel needs better lighting in the hallways. It was very quiet at night. They offer breakfast in the morning but, we did not stay to check it out."
