"Great free coffee in the morning and the coffee shop and the bar and restaurant were both great. Hotel is beautiful too. Only real negative was the bathroom lighting and the bed sheets. They felt like they were plastic. "

I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "

"Biggest complaint is that the bedding was good for summer, but it is spring. No comforter, no extra blankets…had to put on extra clothes. It was a wet and stormy day&night as well. No thermostat in the room. Took a hot shower in the morning and felt much better. "

"Very old but comfortable and clean. Is basically attached to a hospital and our view was just the hospital. Restaurant was supposed to be open but wasn’t so we had to hike a bit in the rain for food. We were able to check in early which was nice. "

"This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...
