"The room was nice, spacious but dated. The TV had some issues while using cable and I don't think they fully clean the rooms. There was clothes left from a previous guest. Besides that the breakfast was very good and the entire place was very nice to walk around. We definitely would like to come back but find a nicer room"

"Staff not helpful other than one gentleman at check in. Had to ask for help at Starbucks, waited and registration person saw me and never offered to help me. Frustrating. "

A solid delicious breakfast and it has a basketball court. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend!"

"The property was very clean and the rooms were well taken care of. I booked a total of 3 rooms for myself and family and each room was immaculate. There was a mini fridge and microwave which is nice for a long stay. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was great. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and cozy. "How is this place rated 8.0 outta 10. It's seedy and rundown. At least the ICE surveillance van had eyes on the entrance. Check in guy was fine. But never again in Two days did he ever look up or say a word. Coffee was Hot. Didn't eat anything. Room was worn out. Toenails on floor, hair in shower, dust all over. Did have really Hot water. Never again will I stay here."

"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
