"At some point, I'm sure it was an especially nice property. I was expecting a higher-end experience. The location was great. The price seemed lower than one might expect.
My biggest complaint is that it wasn't clean. The plastic utensils were greasy. The glasses had old lipstick on them. The carpet was stained. The livingroom television didn't work. There were mosquitos in the room.
The entrances to the unit were unsightly with rust stains."

"Overall an excellent experience, room was updated & spotless, staff very friendly and helpful while the breakfast was also very generous with scrambled eggs/sausage patty/waffles/fruit/cereals/yogurt/coffee & juices. This hotel sits on a very steep hill and the driveway approach & departure pattern, with very narrow turns, could cause a problem for any guest towing a trailer of any size. That being said I still gave the property a 5 star rating."

"Very clean property. Owner-operator onsite daily and actively involved with keeping things running smoothly
Pool and hot tub are very well maintained. Breakfast was good. Nice secure location convenient to everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby. 5 mins or less to fine dining and Biltmore Estate"
