"This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face. "The carpet and bathroom tile had been updated, but the entire place was somewhat run-down. For some reason the ceiling of our room was dark grey, contributing to the overall dark atmosphere. The mattress was old and lopsided, my wife weighs considerably less than I do, yet her side was much closer to the floor. "Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The rooms have all recently been redone very clean. In general the vibe is old school traditional roadside motel but when you go in your room it’s up to date and the back deck outside your room opens up to a lovely yard with a nice pool and they have lots of fireside/lawn toys to keep you occupied. I would definitely stay here again"
