"Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed."

Also fan on ceiling had duct tape over the sensor, and needed cleaned. weird place for coffee kuerig , it was in the dresser on a pull out shelf, weird and inconvenient to use. Breakfast was good and variety. No mustard for sausage. Staff was friendly."

"Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. For dining I highly recommend Porter Creek Grille just around the corner. Location was very convenient to...

"The hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying here. I did not have any major issues with my stay. The tv was old and not set to the correct time which made the guide useless and a bit frustrating to find what to watch. The breakfast was good and I love that it was served until later (10am) on the weekends."

"The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told until it was too late to cancel my reservation. That's probably the main draw of the hotel. The room was VERY clean and awesome. Thank you! Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all. Why are the bathrooms so crappy? The shower head was at shoulder height. I'm only 6 feet tall. With the rooms so amazing and clean and awesome...
