"We had a non-smoking room, and there was quite a bit of cigarette smoke smell present and wafting into our room. Several items in the room needed maintenance. "

"Room was poor. No phone, no clock, floor dirty, cigarette burns on bathtub. Outlet for refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Had to plug in a different outlet. Reported to desk but no maintenance showed up. So much ice in parking lot by our door. Breakfast ended at 9 on Sunday. Could have been longer. "

"I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. "

"Room was clean and the layout of the room was different from the usual but very comfortable. Parking and walking distance to entrance was short and sweet. Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Amenities were good as well. Grandkids loved the pool and slide. Will book again next visit."

"Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing.
