"This hotel was very nice and clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent. It was quite an experience with having our dogs with us on this trip. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that I wish the room had a bit more floor space to move around. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. "

"The room was horrible to my liking. First the property upkeep was terrible. Ppl lived in the rooms they was outside lounging, the ppl had the walk way setup like it was their front porch and outside smoking marijuana. When we walked into the rooms it smelled like urine and dogs. The appliances were terrible old rusted. The walls was horrible. It wasn’t clean to my liking."

"One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number. We had to get moved the next day because people were talking so loud we couldn't fall asleep until 1 am and then at 5:30 am we were awoken again by the noise in the dining room. We barely got any rest. The ac is loud in the room. Bathroom was dirty and even had urine on the toliet seat. It had a musty smell as well. Room 315 was better but still wasn't clean...
