"Check in was a bit of a nightmare. They told us they didn’t have a room for us and asked us to wait then forgot why we were waiting. Then they said they’d upgrade us but then changed their minds and gave us the original room we had booked. The bathroom shower had hair blocking the drain and q-tips on the ground. I was still impressed with the size of the property but wished we could have enjoyed them a bit more."

"The place has gone downhill. The room wasn’t that great anymore. Bed was made terrible I thought it might not have been made. The toilet seat was damaged / dirty?? The restaurant is being remodeled so no food or bar. They did have in room dinning but no alcohol. Limited menu I didn’t use. I’ve stayed here countless times last time I noticed they need to refurbish the whole property. At least they are doing the restaurant and are working on lobby."
