"Lovey resort for families with children, fabulous pool with kind pool attendant & exceptional customer service on reception (young male reception ist) great parking, large lounge area/dining facilities. Great playpark out the back & across the car park was another amusement arcade with large soft play/cafe our daughter loved it. Only downside was the rooms were a bit tired, lacked attention to detail you would expect from a Scottish Highland Hotel. Other than that we had a great stay"

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service.
