"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Douglas House in Key West! The property was beautiful, relaxing, and in the perfect location, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.
Hamsi went above and beyond to help us get scooters so we could explore the island. He made one phone call, and within an hour, our scooters were delivered right to us! His kindness, professionalism, and laid-back attitude made everything so easy.

"The Palms was a great place to stay. Very clean and good location. Had breakfast included and a great pool to hang out. On site bike rental made it easy to explore. One thing was the room we had was next to attic room and we heard kids running up and down stairs until past 11:00 so were up late and then early. Just a precaution. The property and rooms were great! Would stay here again."
