"Unfortunately I would like to leave a good review as Emma who initially checked us in was very nice , however this property was not well maintained at all . The sinks were broken and overflowed when you used them with no stoppers . No staff were there when we needed them and the desk was closed the 2 days we were there. "The property is excellently located close to downtown Mount Dora and overall, the stay was good. Check in and out was super easy, the room is easily accessible, beds were super comfy. We just felt that our particular room was not accurately represented in the photos. We understand that it is an older property but things felt a little more run down than expected. Overall, it was good for the weekend trip and we enjoyed our stay."

There was sooo many items available to borrow su h as sunscreen, umbrellas, aloe gel, even swim diapers! The cats were my favorite part- they are such cuties! "I can’t say enough positive things about Coco Plum Inn! The location is super! It’s nestled right in around everything — close to Duval and Fort Zachary. We rented bikes ($14 for 24 hours, right around the corner at We Cycle) and it made getting around a breeze.
