Hard Rock Hotel Madrid

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid and overall it fully met our expectations. The location is fantastic — extremely convenient for exploring Madrid and one of the strongest points of the hotel. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay: friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast was also excellent, with very good quality and variety. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we expected from the Hard Rock brand. The only downside is the size of the room. Our room was quite small, and the bathroom was especially tiny — really, really small. If you are traveling with several suitcases or simply appreciate having more space, this is something to keep in mind. That said, everything else was excellent. Great location, wonderful staff, very good breakfast, and an overall very enjoyable stay in Madrid. We would definitely consider staying here again, although next time we would probably choose a larger room category."

"Really loved the place. Modern, clean, great bathroom, great WiFi. All for a great price. You just need to be aware that if on foot, nearest metro is 25 min walk- then direct to the centre. But well worth a stay. I will return!"

"Hotel excelente en instalaciones, cercano al aeropuerto, me encanta la variedad del desayuno, bien comunicado con taxis siempre en la puerta, servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto cada media hora, piscina, restaurante, bar... Lo recomiendo"

"Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Room was pretty minimalist as far as furnishings but adequate. The air conditioner did not keep the room cooling enough so we were a bit warm at night even though I turned the air conditioner down. It was not responsive. Also, when we took our showers in the morning, the water was cold and no hot water was available."

"My husband and I stayed here for one night before heading out to Cadiz. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful with helping us find a few places to visit in Madrid. The staff spoke English which was great for me. The breakfast was superb. The variety of food was amazing. Something for everyone there to eat. The restaurant was very clean too. Excellent place to stay and it is right next to the train station! We would absolutely stay here again."
