"Lovely and good value family run pub and guesthouse. Clean and homely room with everything you need. Lots of food options for dinner and a well stocked bar. The pub was busy but closed and early enough not to disturb me sleeping. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and a reasonable £10 for a full English. I'd happily stay here again. "

"Good for an over nite stay, motorway 3 min drive, tavern next door (didn’t eat there) but menu had a good variety, supermarket 5 min drive."
