I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. "Sûrement un des hôtels en terme d’infrastructures des pire que je n’ai jamais fait , hôtel viellot , chambre mal isolé ( je sentais le froid venir de la fenêtre et j’entendais même mon voisin de chambre ronfler ) Placement de l’hôtel par forcément conforme à l’annonce car je chercher à la Clusaz même et c’est seulement en arrivant sur place que je me rendis compte . Pas de réseau téléphonique dans tout l’hôtel et aucune connexion wifi dans aucune des chambres . Ce qui sauve un peu la donne...
