"The staff was really helpful, incredible location, and amazing breakfast."

"The hotel is in the convenient and quiet Lesser Town , which is right under Charles Bridge. Charles Bridge is packed with people except for early mornings and lesser Town is a completely different story. The location is enjoyable. It is also in walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The breakfast spread can be improved by adding a variety of fresh fruits. I also think the dining room is understaffed. So, we helped ourselves."

"The hotel room was clean, the reception staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Slow/old elevator, loud AC in the rooms and the cleaning staff made a lot of noise early in the morning."

"All are goods. Service, location, breakfast, rooms. The downside only the room's corridor need more light."

"The room was small but decent. The bed was comfortable but the linens and bathroom could use a refresh. The staff seemed pretty uninformed about the area and they can't mail anything for you. We didn't eat at the property but there is a really nice café right around the corner. The room has instant coffee, not great. It's a quiet property which was nice and 1-2 mile walk to most things. It was fine overall but I don't think I'd choose it again, but good for the price."
