"I forgot what the staff told me when I had that came in for my reservation, but he told me my rules was two size queens beds and I ordered one king size room as bad service. I’m not shopping with y’all no more."

"The worst long wait to check in only one clerk and they gave me a smoking room when I requested non smoking. Room phone didn’t even worked for me to tell them about the smell of cigarettes in the room. I called front desk from my phone and was put on hold for more then 15 min no answer. I have a bad stay at this place."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel was undergoing construction, which created a lot of dust, noise, and general disruption throughout the property. The elevator was also not working at times, making it difficult and uncomfortable to navigate the building. These conditions significantly affected our experience, and we do not feel the hotel should have been operating normally without clearly informing guests beforehand. We would not stay here again under these circumstances."

"The room 314 we were assigned to was infested with roaches. We complained and showed proof both with pictures and videos and were assigned room 324. We opened the door and flipped the light switch on and it was like roachville in there. We immediately went back to the front office and asked to speak to the manager and Lana the receptionist said the manager wouldn’t be in until that following Tuesday. Will be going to speak to the manager tomorrow to get my full refund! DO NOT stay here unless...

"Being a corporate hotel we thought it would be maintain better than it was. We saw and killed quite a few roaches. The night staff was not nearly as pleasant as the day staff."

"The guys at check-in we're fine. The staff that takes care of the breakfast were useless. Told her there was no more white bread or muffins at 7:30 a m and the corn flakes were out and she went back into the kitchen area and came back out with nothing and started back talking to the desk clerk. The next day she let both large pots of coffee run out at 7:45 am before refilling them, that took fifteen minutes to replenish them. "This was my first time staying here, and I found the shower curtain dirty, a cockroach, and the room wasn't very clean. The refrigerator and microwave were clean. The stove needs repair; it would be nice if they replaced it. I think they should renovate the entire hotel because it's located in a busy area with many restaurants, a mall, a movie theater, and the area is very nice. If they fix it up, they would have more customers. Thank you for your attention to this."

"Clean hotel which was appreciated. Nice lobby. Dated rooms that are poorly redecorated. Smelled like pot. Cracked sink, holes in bathroom walls from previous decor, and a hole in the carpet in our room. Pool had a hairball floating in it. Fine for a quick overnight, but not a vacation hotel. Luckily we were there for a quick stay."

"This was our third year of staying there while celebrating an anniversary and birthday. Ms. Cynthia Victoria are always nice and professional. It’s heartwarming to see them. We plan to return next year."
