"Our stay at Breakers was great. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The shuttle picked us up in the morning and took us to the ferry for Mackinac Island. Nice easy process.The room had a lake view and it was a beautiful day for taking in the beautiful beach. The room was a bit tired looking. Slow draining sink and shower. Patio door was beat up, could use a new handle. The price was good and we would stay again due to the wonderful helpful staff. We ate pizza at the beach in the evening and...

"I actually give only half a star. The sheets appeared clean when shining a black light on them and I didn't see any bedbugs. The rest was not good at all. The room smelled so bad like a dirty basement. Musty and of mold. My husband and I couldn't even breathe from the stinch. It was dusty and full of cobwebs and spiders.
