"Me quedé por 3 noches y la segunda quite mi no mole star sign para que me fueran toallas y limpiar an mi cuarto y solo abrieron la puerta pero no limpiar on ni me dejaron toallas, supe que abrieron la puerta por que el sign estaba en él piso, solo eso, no se si falta entrenamiento al respect, todo lo demás el personal en frente super super amiable y servicial"

"Todo estuvo bien, lo único que como nuestra estancia fue varios días, cuando hice la reservación me aseguraré de que contara con lavandería en el edificio. Pero cuando quisimos usarla resulta que estaba fuera de servicio y en el website decía que estaba en funcionamiento. Así que nos tocó salir a buscar una lavandería cerca para lavar la ropa y si gastamos bastante."

Before you book your room don’t expect it to be. I noticed a few customers complaining but it’s not the hotels fault. I stay here twice a year and will come back. This is not a complaint it’s plainly just saying others stop your complaining. The staff is great"

"The room was dirty. There was visible dirt, dust, and grime on every surface of the room. We had to clean the doors, cabinets, counters, and literally everything in the bathroom before we could use the room. The bed sheets had a stain on them and by the wrinkles they looked like they’d be slept in.
The main lobby was clean but around the other entrances were dirty and unkept."
